Musicians will find that the new translation has led to both revising musical settings and the creation of new settings.

For the first time in our English missals, the priest will have chant notation accompanying the text of the Mass.

There are also a number of beautiful new settings being composed for the new translations.  Some examples are found here in the St. Michael Hymnal.

The CCMA has provided tutorial videos on the chant settings for the Roman Missal 3rd Edition.  These beautiful videos can be shared, embedded, and used by the public to help prepare for the implementation of the revised Missal.  More videos can be found here.
