“At the diocesan level, the Year of Faith is considered, among other things, as an occasion for 'renewed creative dialogue between faith and reason in the academic and artistic communities, through symposia, meetings and days of study, especially at Catholic universities'...”
From the recommendations of the Congregation of the Doctrine of the Faith on the Year of Faith
For the sixth year in a row, Aquinas College presented the St. Thomas Aquinas Theological and Catechetical Forum. Attendees from four states, three Catholic high schools, all three dioceses in Tennessee, and over twenty parishes came together to delve more deeply into the Church’s teaching on faith and reason. Priests, deacons, religious, and lay people came together for the weekend, anxious to fill both mind and heart, in order to go back into the world to answer the Church’s call for the new evangelization.
